Cancellation

$50 of the booking payment is non-refundable; the remaining $125 may be refunded.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes may carry a $50 fee.

Under 48 hours

Late cancellation

The full $175 booking payment is forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Genuine emergencies may be considered.

In-person sessions are generally available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, within 10 miles of Lantern Consulting. Video and phone sessions are arranged based on mutual availability.
