What Lantern collects
When you contact Lantern, request a session, or use the Client Room, Lantern may store your name, email address, scheduling preferences, questionnaire answers, uploaded materials, session details, and final plan files. Basic access records are also kept so private links and signed-in sessions can be managed safely.
How it is used
This information is used only to respond to you, arrange and deliver the service you requested, prepare for your session, maintain your private workspace, and keep necessary business records. Lantern does not sell your information.
Private files and notifications
Client files and detailed form answers are stored in Lantern’s private database and file storage. Email alerts tell Jessie that new activity is waiting in Lantern Studio; they do not include your uploaded files or detailed private answers.
Access and security
The Client Room uses one-use access links and a private browser session. Jessie can revoke access at any time. Please send access links only to the intended recipient and contact Lantern promptly if a link was shared accidentally.
Retention and deletion
Lantern keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver the work, support the client relationship, and meet ordinary record-keeping obligations. Records can be archived, and private access can be revoked immediately. You may ask Lantern to correct or permanently delete your Client Room information and files, subject to any information that must be retained by law.
Service providers
Lantern uses secure website hosting, database, and file-storage providers to operate the site. A form notification service may be used to send Jessie a generic alert when new activity arrives.
Questions or requests
Use the contact form for privacy questions, corrections, access concerns, or deletion requests. If you are a client who cannot enter the Client Room, you can also use the request form on the client login page.
